A thin, F-Shaped aluminum plate - essy part to make It has two drilled (.281 Dia) and countersunk through holes
Four drilled and tapped holes (8-32) thru holes
All drilling is done on one surface
All corners are rounded with end-mill
Painted Metallic Silver with urethane based paint - color to match chip provided - we can get the initial delivery parts painted locally to expedite delivery
Overall dimensions 4.84" x 1.75" x .375"
This part will be used in a new product that we expect to have a life of at least 5 years, and possibly a lot longer. We are looking for a good long term supplier for this part.
The initial PO will be for at least 100 pcs. However, because this is a new part in a new product, we would like to limit the initial delivery to 12 pcs only. This will give everyone a chance to make last minute modifications prior to making a larger quantity.
