A simple rectangular, Acetal block - used to strain relief  an electrical power cord. One radiused mouse-hole milled into one face Two counterbored thru-holes in opposite face. Two corners are radiused.   Overall dimensions  1.50" x 66" x .410" This part will be used in a new product that we expect to  have a life of at least 5 years, and possibly a lot  longer.  We are looking for a good long term supplier for  this part.
