A simple rectangular, aluminum block. Three mouse-holes milled into one face along with 8 drilled and tapped holes. Two cross holes with counterbores on the large face. Some corners are radiused. Part is powder coated.
Overall dimensions 3.840" x 2.375" x 1.230"
This part will be used in a new product that we expect to have a life of at least 5 years, and possibly a lot longer. We are looking for a good long term supplier for this part.
The initial PO will be for at least 100 pcs. However, because this is a new part in a new product, we would like to limit the initial delivery to 12 pcs only. This will give everyone a chance to make last minute modifications prior to making a larger quantity.
In order to expedite the initial delivery - we can help with the powder coating - as we use a local paint shop who is vary familiar with this powder.
