RFQ Notes:
There are four parts. Please bid for 100 sets of 4 parts (i.e. 400 total parts).
Aluminum 6061T6 (2024 or 7075 also acceptable) to be used for buth hubs and spacers.
SPACERS: Spacers are cut from 0.3125" OD x 0.058" tube.
HUBS: Hubs are 1.50" diam. The two hub designs are identical except for length between the two flanges. Bores at each end are for 0.500" diam ball bearing with press fit. Part should be deburred and anodized black. Bearing bore may be as machined, or anodized.
Eight (thru all) #30 (0.129") holes around rim are for rivet attachment of arms.
Tolerances +/- 0.005" typ. except bearing bore which requires press fit. Bearings will be provided.
