RFQ Notes:
A small, flat eyelet shaped piece
Overall dimensions 1.000 inches x 1.625 inches x .250 inches thick - part is profiled in one axis only
main shaft bore is .500 inch diameter
There are 2 8-32 threaded holes on the side - thru to main shaft bore
We need this part quickly, the demand for our product has taken off to triple our initial expectations.
We would like to get a partial delivery of these parts by the middle of next week - 40 pcs minimum - with the balance to follow shortly thereafter.
If the requirement for a Zinc and Yellow Chromate finish creates a delivery problem - we would be more than happy to make this part out of stainless steel. Any 300 grade of stainless would be fine - 302,303,304,316 - at your discretion.
Sorry for the rush - but that is what we need to keep up with our production schedule.
