RFQ Notes:
Complex shaped CNC milled part from clear plastic (Lexan). Envelope is 10 inch square by 1.25 inch thick. Must be transparent after machining.
The part is a clear plastic motor end bell, to be used in a trade show.
The motor that this end bell will go on is the T136 Torque Motor, which you can find on our website.
To make the trade show, we need to have the part in our hands no later than Wednesday 5 Nov. If that lead time would require special expediting charges, please consider that.
I have only specified the material as "CLEAR PLASTIC", because we are unfamiliar with the subtleties of machining plastic. It appears that Lexan or Polycast Acrylic might be appropriate, but I would appreciate your recommendation.
CAD data will be provided upon award of this RFQ.
