RFQ Notes:
The part is rectangular aluminum. I made the parts in the past from 1.5" square bar. The dimensions are 1.400 x 1.250 x 1.875.
The tightest tolerance is +.000/-.002 on a 1/4" hole (for press fit of a dowel pin)and most of the other tolerances are +-.005
The part requires machining on two sides.
Please quote without Black Anodize finish.
I can provide CAD files for CAM programming if desired, but everything is pretty basic.
This part is similar to another part I am requesting quotes for (same material stock size and profile). The other part is P100-050. I WOULD ORDER BOTH PARTS IN THE SAME QUANTITY.
