RFQ Notes:
Machine per attached drawings. Basically, the part is a piece of tubing cut in half to form a half moon shape. The are 4 cut-outs on the edges.
I have 12’ lengths of tubing, I will cut it to 4 or 6 foot lenghts to ship to you via UPS.
The inside Radius is already .41. The outside OD is 1.075 and needs to be machined to .531 radius.
Attached PDF is for reference only. Use CAD file (SolidWorks) to obtain all the dimensions required for manufacturing.
