RFQ Notes:
Part is CNC milled from 6061T6 bar stock, approx. 1" x 1" x 3.7". 7075 or 2024 alloys may also be used. Finish is hard black anodize. 0.500" bores should be a press fit for 0.500" ball bearings which will be provided. According to my bearing catalogs, the "press fit" that I am looking for corresponds to about 0.0005" interference fit.
Please see the attached JPEG file for dimensions. The attached IGES and STEP files give the 3D part, with units in inches. The IGES file may not be readable by all CAD packages.
Prices over $20 will probably not be competitive. If you need to simplify the part to get under $20, the pocketing around the central bore may be squared off.
