RFQ Notes:
Aluminum 6061T6 (2024 or 7075 also acceptable) hub for control arm. Part is 1.50" diam.
Bores at each end are for 0.500" diam ball bearing with press fit (about 0.0005" interference). Part should be deburred and anodized black. Bearing bore may be as machined, or anodized.
Eight (thru all) 0.125" holes around rim are for rivet attachment of arms.
Tolerances +/- 0.005" typ. except bearing bore which requires press fit. Bearings will be provided.
DXF, DWG, and JPEG files are provided below.
Depending on price, we will purchase either this part, or three-piece hubs as shown in a previous RFQ.
