RFQ Notes:
I have several different parts here and I only want one company to build them all (I’m not going to split the different parts out between different companies). The only way I could figure out how to do this is to include a document detailing exactly what I need and attach it with all the pertinent drawings (it’s name QuoteQty.rtf). I have already had four companies quote me on these parts outside of MfgQuote and only one of the quotes I got back was feasible money-wise. I still thought some of the parts were too expensive despite the small quantities (and some of the prices were very reasonable). I realize that your time is valuable so I’ve included the prices they gave me on the parts. If you can’t beat these prices to a significant degree (like 15% or more), please do not spend your time developing a quote. I am going forward with this project and it is not just some feasibility exercise. The quantities are low but I hope they lead to bigger and better things. The parts will need to be manufactured inside the United States. Thank you for your time.
