Degree of Difficulty: LOW- MED - Production of a TORSION BAR
will require: The overall length of the part is 28.69" from
end to end. The diameter of the bar shaft is 0.375" and the
splined ends are 1.50" long on one side and 1.25" on the
other end with a ref diameter of 0.500" for either. The
lead in to the splined area is 0.50" on either side with OD
of 0.50". Main shaft will need to be shot peened per spec.
Part must also be cleaned, heat treated, finished and
marked as well. Please note that quality assurance
provisions apply to the manufacturing of this part. Please
refer to print for all other technical info.
