Production of a PAWL. Approximately 0.345" x 1.00" x
1.05". Please see drawing for all specifications.
Degree of Difficulty: MEDIUM - Request for production of a
PAWL will call for: Overall dimensions 0.345 x 1.00 x 1.05
(roughly). In center of part is cylindrical impression
[0.456 x 0.352] that does not penetrate other side. The
profile of the impression does not run parallel to the
impression entry surface. A hole will be bored through the
width of the part with diameter 0.1725. Two (2) separate
holes will be drilled part-way through (depth = 0.165) to
house pins, each has a diameter of 0.062. Another hole
will be drilled with the diameter 0.125 through the width
of part near back for two more pins to be inserted. Heat
treatment, protective finish, labeling required. Please,
review prints for all other technical information.
