Part #: AE3 Description: Yawara Max Diameter: 1.18” Min Diameter 1.00” Length: 6.00” Material: PakkaWood (available at www.fibronproducts.com). This is a resin impregnated wood laminate that is similar in hardness to corian, micarta, and aluminum. Workscope: Machine to shape, sand, and polish to satin finish. Pictures are of a rough prototype out of natural wood. Vendor will need to help refine the design and make more uniform. Note – thumb cutouts will be aligned on production model. Anticipated Initial Order Quantity: 500. Estimated Annual Volume: 2,000 (this is a startup product, so it is difficult to determine the potential volume at this time). We also have two longer products that are the same diameter and material that we will be launching at a later date. We would like to place these all with the same supplier.
