RFQ Notes:
0.5" dia Delrin, nylon, polycarb, etc part that is 1" long with a 0.062" wide x 0.125" deep screwdriver slot on one end and a 0.375" deep 440 thread on the other. 3 other 0.062" wide slots are on the body. Nothing is critical. Use .062" dia tool for slots. The 3 slots on cylindrical face could be turned instead of milled. Your choice. Mat'l could be any plastic that would support the 440 screw. I need 60 of these and would like them by Jan 16.
