Together, the founders bring over 50 years of metal working and operating experience to every project, with a commitment to your 100% satisfaction. Both founders are Certified Class A Machinist's that successfully completed an Accredited Apprenticeship program. Metallinus Synergy, Inc. has 2 distinct divisions. The first division focuses on the manufacturing of precision machined parts. We have manufactured parts for many different industries including, but not limited to: aerospace, general commercial, printing, computer, forestry, and railroad. We have machined parts from mill run bar, plate stock, castings, forgings, weldments, and stampings.
Our machining capabilities include 3 and 4 axis milling, CNC turning, and surface grinding. We have extensive material expertise in aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, cast iron, inconel, carbon steel, stainless steel, and titanium. Whether the part you need to be made takes 1 minute or 500 hours to manufacture we can handle it. The second division being our outsource 5-axis programming department that uses NCL 5-axis cam software and Vericut Verification software. This division focuses on the 5-axis programming overloads from some of the United States largest aerospace machine shops that use NCL. Projects tend to range from 10 to 1000 hours of programming time.
