Metal Ceramics is a Metal Molder located in Bensenville, Illinois, United States

Founded in 1951, Metal Ceramics is a net shape producer of high quality and tolerance components. We use Dorst presses almost exclusively to hold the highest repeatability from part to batch to lot consistency. We also do high density materials (up to 7.4 grms/cc) and are use active cooling for sinter-hardening materials, achieving hardness from 30 to45 Rc (depending on density).

Our on staff metallurgist has a full lab at his disposal. All tooling is designed and built in house with on staff tool makers, preventing our tooling problems from becoming yours.

Serving the Defense, Auto, Consumer Products, and Industrial markets, we offer a well balanced set of skills to meet your needs in Iron, Steel, High-Alloy Steel, Sinter-Hardening Steel, Infiltrated Materials, Stainless Steel, and Bronze Bearings.
