RFQ Notes:
Casting of an eyelet tie. Approximately 7" long x 1.06"
wide. Please see drawing for specific dimensions. Actually
material is suppliers choice but
must meet a minimum tension strength of 3000 PSI pull
test *minimum*. No part of the
design can seperate or bend except where designed to.
Design suggestions to meet the
manufacturing process will be considered. Small changes
can be made to work in your plant.
Manufacturer shall make the part(s) and assemble if
required into the final assembly shown.
Finish is manufacturers choice. Design will be in all
types of weather conditons. Powder
coat, paint or anodized is acceptable, Black in color.
This portion again is for the the best flow through your
plant.
US manufacturer will be given more consideration or NAFTA
partner.
