Hello. This is an updated version of a quote request that I previously posted.
The material has been determined to be polycarbonate, rather than acrylic.
Dimensions are somewhat flexible still: I need a clear cylinder 4 feet long, that is 14"-18" OD, and has wall thickness of 0.5"-0.75"
So far, the dimensions that we have been working with are: 16" OD, with 0.75" walls. These dimensions are still somewhat flexible,however, if they need to change. With polycarbonate, we may have the flexibility to go with a piece with a wall thinner than the 0.75" we have determined before.
If you have any materials within this range, please quote, and give me the dimensions of it. If you have multiple sizes, include them as well.
Also, if possible, please include additional pricing information, if we had a cap 1" thick molded onto the top of the cylinder, or for a 1" piece of polycarb sheet that is 2’ square.
Finally, could you please estimate shipping cost & delivery time for this tube?
