1.46" ID x 0.032" thick. Please see drawing for specific
dimensions. Design and build stamping die to produce 203-
471-022, which presently is in modification on
the design. Produce Aluminum Disc 203-471-022 in lots
sizes of 5000-10,000 Disc must be free of grease, oil,
dirt etc. but are not stearile. The disc is insert molded
onto a plastic housing or base. This Disc will come in
contact with water which will be heated up to produce a
humidified mist that is delivered to a
patient via a nasal cannula.
