Pace Canada, Inc., machine shop located in Ontario, Canada. We have been in business for over 20 years. Our skilled tradesmen have a minimum of 10 years experience. Our primary specialty is turning, milling, and assembly.
Our most successful products have been high value, low volume products. We have worked with OEM’s to reduce their cost and posses the ability to think outside the standard machining box and offer more value added services to our customers. Some of our value added services are fabrication, stamping, and assembly that most other machine shops our size would not offer. We work with mostly carbon steels but some stainless and aluminum and have both CNC lathes and mills as well as a variety of conventional equipment used for building in house tooling.
Pace Canada’s facility is 7500 square feet of modern, well lit machining space. We use GIBBS for our CNC programming and have reverse engineered more than 25 products that we currently supply to distributors and OEM’s int eh Off Road Equipment industry. We also do prototype work for customers under the assumption that we will get the production order in the future. Our quality standards are to ISO 9000 and first off inspection reports are always available to customers.
Our strength has always been our service and quality along with the ability to work through design and manufacturing changes to improve cost and dependability of our customer’s products. Our most complex product is a vibration damper for the Off Road Construction industry. It has some 18 components into each assembly and we build 7 different models of this product. We have been serving some of our customers for as long as we’ve been in business and have yet to loose a customer.
Pace Canada’s on time delivery is about 92% from our last report and we have less than ½ a percent rejection rate, however all of our machining products are replaced without question if they fail in the first 200 hours of service. Customer service, quality, and pride in our machine shop are our #1 priority because these are the characteristics that keep our customers coming back.

Our assembly time ranges from a couple of minutes to a few hours with the outstanding quality you expect!
Our equipment includes soldering stations, microscope, handheld crimpers, fume hood, drill press, and a belt sander housed in a clean, well lit manufacturing facility with 50% manufacturing space still available. Every soldering point is inspected and we do crimp pull testing before every crimp job and every crimp is inspected under microscope. We do in process and final assembly inspections and every cable is tested for open, short, and proper pin out. Our employees are trained to our workmanship standards and customer expectations before working on customer builds. We also have ESD controls.
Precision Outsourcing offers outstanding turn around time for the first off by days using customer supplied parts and we are very flexible and responsive to our customer needs. Being small with low overhead costs enables us to be very price competitive. Our existing customers are always satisfied and give us new assemblies every month for building. We now build 50 different assemblies for critical applications for major corporations and can provide a reference when requested. With over 13,000 assemblies under our belt, only 5 were rejected. And in those cases, the customer’s parts are always provided back! We are a custom machine and automation equipment manufacturer. We have a fully staffed engineering department, machine / fabrication shop and machine assembly department. We routinely design, engineer and manufacture machinery for a wide range of industries as well as supply precision machined components to our customers. Our engineering department has been supplying cutting edge designs and solutions for over 18 years. Our machine shop is experienced in machining a wide range of metals and plastics and can work from a 3D model or a paper drawing. Our machinery meets all applicable safety standards. We integrate many brand names of PLC's, servos and drives including Allen Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix. We utilize SolidWorks for 3D modeling, part and assembly details and use AutoCad for 2D concepts, electrical/pneumatic drawings and plant layouts. Our machine shop utilizes SolidCam, CNC G-code and CNC Conversational.
