RFQ Notes:
The CAM made of STEEL; please disregard any aluminum mentioned anywhere. Steel maybe 1144, 4140, 4142; please let me know if you have better steel in mind. This is a CAM working together with an LP in-die tapping unit (www.danly.com) One assembly of three plates needed. If unable to view the zip file; please review the dxf and tiff files attached.
Side plates profile needs to be machined and holes drilled from 1.5" thick plate then cut into two 0.75" thick plates mirroring each other. Counterbore holes after that. Please get fasteners so you can bolt everything together Ignore fasteners on the top - those are to mount CAM in a die.
