I will be listing this same job in the machining and prototypes categories.
I have uploaded the files in both DWG and dxf format so you can download whichever is best for you. I have also zipped the files with winzip www.winzip.com.
The folder in the attached file contains a "read-me" file in Microsoft Word format, which gives the part names, numbers, & quantities needed, along with general comments on the parts and assemblies. There are seven small parts all made from 60-61-T6 Aluminum. I need 5 pieces of all of the parts except for the spring anchors (CDTD-SA-1) which I will need 10. The total number of all parts needed is 50.
Each of the 2D dimensioned MFG drawings has a title and tolerance block with the part names, numbers, & general tolerances, except for the "cam curve detail" file. There are also notes listed in red at the lower left-hand corner of all of the drawings. Please make sure this information shows up when opening the MFG drawings.
I can do the assembly work myself. I can also send 3D assembly files and 3D solid models of the individual parts if this can assist with quotation or manufacture. Just provide me with an e- mail address to send the files to.
I will be giving these samples away for testing in hopes of getting some production orders.
I can be flexible on the delivery date but was hoping to receive the parts 4 to 6 weeks once the job starts.
