RFQ Notes:
These armature components will be machined from a filled Nylon material known as Vekton 6PAM. The BUYER will supply this material in appropriate sheet and rod stock.
Composite Resources will place an order for a prototype quantity of (2) for each of the components listed above. Delivery will be required (10) business days after placement of the purchase order.
Future orders for production lots of (25-50) of each component will follow after successful testing. Annual volume is expected to be 200 – 300 sets of components.
In your proposal, please indicate pricing for both prototype and annual production quantities. The proposal shall list any tooling/set-up charges required. These charges shall be listed separately and not amortized into the component pricing.
