This RFQ was for 175 Each. The estimated annual usage is 175. |
RFQ Notes:
This job consists of the machining and assembly of a 2 position engagement switch. There are 6 pieces, 2 of which need to be machined, the "thumbshifter, & the "switchbody". The material is AL 6061, and the final switches need to be hardcoat anodized to 60 Rockwell. I need 10 prototype switches made within 2 weeks (no anodize or assembly needed). We will supply the ball bearings and the springs for all 175 assemblies. You should supply the assembly rivet. This is a rushed order, so using CAM machining for the parts from the IGS file will be helpful. Please direct any questions to Mike at mdunn@christini.com. Solidworks 2001+ parts and assembly files available upon request.
Thank you.
