Surface finish is not critical, part is hidden from end user. Part can be made from 3/16" flat plate stock without any machining to thickness.
See attached file (cam-2D-Curve-Detail) for detail on the cam curve if needed. The file has different layers you can turn on/off for different information.
The depth .6" deep tap can be reduced to .37" deep if needed. However, the deeper the better. The outer corners at the bottom of the part (.265" dimensions) can have a small radius if this can assist machining. The inside corner underneath the lower cam lobe (right side of .481" dimension) can have a small radius if needed. Please note the size of the needed radii in any quotes.
I am also interested in pricing on quantities of 100 to 500 and 1,000. At present, I am interested in pricing on a quantity of 5 pieces for prototypes.
Delivery date is flexible
I would appreciate any suggestions on the most cost effective way to produce the part in production quantities. I would appreciate any suggestions on any way to reduce cost of the part.
