Surface finish is not critical, part is hidden from end user.
This part could also be made from sheet metal and then laser cut or waterjet cut and then bent to shape. The part could also be made as a weldment.
Please note in your quote whether the part will be made as one piece or as a weldment. If you are able to quote the part both ways, please do. I am also interested in pricing on quantities of 100 to 500 and 1,000. At present, I am interested in pricing on a quantity of 10 pieces for prototypes.
Delivery date is flexible
I would appreciate any suggestions on the most cost effective way to produce the part in production quantities. I would appreciate any suggestions on any way to reduce cost of the part.
