This part is a guide. The .2490" wide "tongue" of this part mates with the .2500" wide "groove" of the (Slider) part which I have also uploaded to this website for quotation. The slider mates with a guide on each side and slides up and down between the guide. The slider is periodically adjusted with a #10-24 screw.
Surface finish is not critical, part is hidden from end user.
I am also interested in pricing on quantities of 100 to 500 and 1,000. At present, I am interested in pricing on a quantity of 10 pieces for prototypes.
Delivery date is flexible
I would appreciate any suggestions on the most cost effective way to produce the part in production quantities. I would appreciate any suggestions on any way to reduce cost of the part.
