RFQ Notes:
1. Part material should be stainless steel with the possibly low thermal conductivity and thermal expansion. 2. All units are in inch. 3. The part should stand temperature from 0 to 600 deg C. 4. The order has 4 different sections: (1)one block, (2)eight tubes(four 1/4" and four 1/16"), (3)two holders and four 1-72 UNF 1/16" socket-head allen screws(screw length: 0.16"), (4)one block support(two legs and one bottom plate welded together or in one whole part). 5. The four 1/4"(OD=0.25"&ID=0.209") tubes at two sides and the four 1/16"(OD=0.0625"&ID=0.030") tubes at front and back of the block are to be welded into the block. Or if preferred, a whole piece can be made to integrate the block and all tubes. The length of the four welded-in 1/4" tubes is 2" and the length of the four welded-in 1/16" tubes is 3". 6. There is no specific machining tolerences for the part. However, the machining tolerence should be as small as possible (<=5% or 1% if possible). 7.To view design in a web browser, 7 files are attached(plug-in must be downloaded from www.autodesk.com/whip).
