RFQ Notes:
Please quote these master mold boxes out of 7075 aluminum, alternate material can be considered. Typically our expected surface finish on this type of mold cavity consists of machining w/ .003" - .005" step overs and then taking 220 - 300 grit sand paper and polishing it out. All sharp corners are required on this design. Inserting pieces to get the desired corners may be necessary.
