This part can be stamped, laser, or water-jet cut, etc.
Let me know if the tolerances are too tight (I may be able
to change them a little). I put this quote in as sheet
metal also, but I did not know how to get it out there to
you guys that have CNC 2D cutting capabilities. The only
closest sub-catagory under sheet metal was stamping. So
here it is...
Part is flat hex shape 2" across flats with a hole in the
middle. The tighest tolerance is on the hole (+.005/-
.000). The thickness is .09
Part is used like a spacer (washer) between multiple saw
blades on an arbor.
Please quote least expensive stainless steel. I am also
interested in getting a quote in Aluminum and/or Brass.
If possible, please quote quantity prices to the nearest
sheet yield. Also, let me know what that sheet yield is.
