RFQ Notes:
6061 Alum Rod diameter: 1.05" length 1" Start with a solid rod and if necessary mill down to 1.05" outside diameter. Counter bore one side to allow NPT threads to be installed inside Internally thread 0.5" deep with 3/4 - 14 NPT (female). Machine the other side of rod into a dome (torus) (rounded half sphere. Shape is not important but must be rounded to improve flow of liquid past internal transducer.
Anodize finish
PTFE Impregnated HardCoat Anodize at least 1-2 mil thick all of outside and inside must do inner threads.
