RFQ Notes:
Rectangular part (208.8mm x 139.500 mm x 10 mm) precision milled from 6061-T6 Aluminum stock. Tightest tolerance is +/- 0.015 mm.
Grooves can have a radius at the end, and overlapping clearance corner holes may be substituted by a larger single hole.
It is important that all surfaces that are meant to be 1 mm from top surface be at the same level. It would be ideal if the final pass for these surfaces could be done with the same tool.
This part is the main component of an alignment jig for thin rectangular parts.
