RFQ Notes:
36" long ACME screw 3/8-12 On one side the screw needs to be machined from 3/8" to 1/4" to a length of 1/2" The screws needs to be streight since they will be used for a linear slide.
We are looking more towards a 2C class than a 2G class of thread. Right hand threads. 1018 Carbon steel is sufficient. As for the Tolerance: +/-0.1 for the length of the 1/4" machined side is sufficient.
