Located in Belleville, Ontario, Canada, The Machining Center Inc. (TMC) provides full-service, custom machining and fabrication to a diverse customer base. TMC was established in 1988 and is staffed with a knowledgeable and professional workforce. With a broad range of in-house capabilities, including but not limited to, manual milling, turning, drilling as well as CNC milling (including 4th axis) , CNC turning, welding, 3D design & 3D digital scanning, The Machining Center is able to satisfy client requirements from product inception through to final machining or fabrication. TMC recently reached two new milestones by celebrating its 20th year in business as well as becoming ISO 9001:2000 registered.
TMC utilizes a 10,000 sq. ft. shop comprising of a 5,000 sq. ft. Machine Shop and a 5,000 sq. ft. Fabrication Shop. The shop is set up as a low-run production shop (typically 1 to 200 pieces) with an emphasis on specialized application design and manufacturing. TMC is versatile enough to work with its clients, utilizing knowledge and experience to provide feedback and advice to customers to help optimize and improve their designs. We utilize a state of the art Mitsubishi laser cutting system capable of cutting or etching steel. Laser cutting has established itself as the most cost-effective cutting technology for many applications. The combination of clean smooth edges, extreme accuracy and high repeatability make laser cutting a cost-effective and attractive alternative to other cutting technologies. Located in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, we provide laser services, bending, machining and welding. We can cut up to .500" mild steel, .250" aluminum, .312" stainless steel, ceramic tiles, wood, and plastic. We specialize in fast turnaround for blank developing and custom artwork. We will do long and short production runs. We are located 8 min from the Windsor/Detroit MI bridge to make shipping to the USA convenient.
We fabricate a number of products including: business card holders, brochure & flier holders, indoor or outdoor signs, address signs, wind twisters, commemorative keepsakes, window hangings, candle holders, paint stencils, all types of steel artwork, lawn ornaments and railings for decks.
There is a large presence of Tool & Die and manufacturing in Windsor and surrounding area. Many of our local customers rely on our fast turn around to provide them with blanks for stamping dies, blank developments, stripper plates, sensor brackets, shims, stencils, shipping brkts., I.D. Tags and check templates.
We work closely with other companies in our area and are able to provide powder coating, black oxiding and anodizing. We also subcontract waterjet cutting and CNC lathe work.
