Production of T-RCF parts. Parts are to be laser cut then
formed on a CNC press brake. Parts are roughly 44.1" long
x 7" tall x 10.5" wide. Please see drawings for specific
dimensions.
Buyer would prefer a 2 week turnaround time. They have
allowed for a longer amount of time in the RFQ and are
willing to accept a longer lead time if the cost saving
justify it. Please state turnaround time in your
response.
Tolerances are .01" on the laser cutting and approximately
0.05" or 1 degree on the forming. These are intended to
be fairly typical tolerances as this part does not require
extremely high precision. If you feel the tolerances
will be problematic, please inform the buyer before not
bidding so they can consider adjusting them.
