attached drawing. 5075-01, 02,
03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 11,12 Qty 1 Each and 5075-23
Qty 2. All parts to be Laser cut
using Nitrogen. Few parts require Tapping and Forming.
Only Part #5075-01 require rolling.
After award, supplier will be provided with complete set
of
drawings, flat layouts in 1:1 dxf
format. All dxf are ready to program for laser and parts
have radius on each corner. All
parts must be deburred. Tolerance is ± 0.005" for laser
cut parts and ±1/32" on Formed
dimensions. Formed Angles ±1/2°. For this project buyer is
looking for suppliers from USA or
Canada only. Parts by other processes like waterjet, punch
press will also be accepted.
Break down of price by parts is not necessary. Supplier
will have to submit two sets for
inspection/approval before production run.
