 Setsu Precision Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd specialize in the high speed CNC Milling and Turning of complex components from metals, exotic metal to engineering plastics. (Please see our Materials Engineering section). Batches vary from single items/prototypes to quantities of up to hundreds or thousands. 1. Precision Engineering Our engineering capabilities can cater to demanding technical specifications and requirements for different types of industries. We have been machining components for challenging industries in terms of their technical requirements namely the Aerospace and 5 Axis CNC Tool Grinding Machines. We are able to produce parts and components of consistent quality for tolerances of ±5µm for CNC milling process, ±4µm for CNC turning process and ±3µm for grinding processes. 2. Material Engineering 13 years of proud leadership in close tolerance and precision machining has earned SPT a reputation for excelling in machining various types of materials. STP has both the resources and the experience in purchasing and machining not only common materials but in a long list of uncommon materials as well.
