Jennings Machine & Gear, Inc. is a second generation job shop that has been in business since 1979 in Carrollton, Georgia. We are able to hob Spur, Helical, and Worm Gears, Splines, Timing Belt Pulleys, and Sprockets. Turning and milling of gear blanks and other parts are performed on CNC equipment. We have both 2 axis CNC lathes and twin spindle CNC Lathes, 3 axis CNC Mills, and a multi-axis Citizen CNC Swiss turn Screw Machine. Parts can be made from a variety of materials in quantities of 1 to 1000's. We can produce these parts from a blueprint or sample part. If you have some gears you need hobbed, or production machining you need performed please give us a call.
