RFQ Notes:
Production of a bar end. This is a cast metal piece that
caps the end of a 1" diameter wooden dowel. Buyer would
like to compare the price for stainless steel (first
choice) with other, coated metals. All edges must be
rounded and deburred except the interior edge of the dowel
hole opening, which should remain squared off, and
deburred. Buyer would like the logo text (Arial font,
slightly stretched) to be part of the original mold so that
all pieces will carry the logo without the need for
individual engraving. The closed end is to be slightly
bulged out following the curve as the buyer has drawn,
but in 3D. The attached photo shows a handmade rough
prototype (without the bulged or rounded end) of the item
needed and is included to clarify the overall design buyer
is trying to refine and improve. Further design
clarification is sure to be needed. Please contact Buyer
with any and all questions.
