RFQ Notes:
Production of an acrylic lens mold. Acylic lens mold fresnel lens + lenslets, approximately 110mm diameter x 1.5mm thick. Please see drawing for dimension specifications. Fresnel lens prism must be formed through HPM or high precision injection molding. Mold insert produced through Moore nanotech machine. Mirror polish on the mold required SPI-A1 - SPI-A2. Rounded prisms are not acceptable. Need 100,000 shots minimum on the mold with excellent prism definition. See picture of accepted and unacceptable rounded prisms.
