Item is made from a low durometer plastic that is FDA compliant. Will need qoutes for tooling, prototype run of 6, as well as production runs of 1000, 10,000 and 100,000. There are slight undercuts in the part, because of the material tooling will not need to accomadate these undercuts. The tool can pull directly off. Attached is a PDF file, with dimensions and notation.
