Payment terms negotiable (e.g., 30% upfront, 30% part
approval, 40% part delivery).

Penalty Clause: Seller agrees to a 3% per week late fee
(past an agreed to delivery date) on
the whole awarded order, which includes tooling, samples,
setup, and shipping (e.g., $8,500
grand total at 2 weeks late = $7,990 paid). Therfore,
supplier needs to define a firm
committed date.
