RFQ Notes:
RFQ: Design and build a automatic (4) cavity injection mold. Mold base should be a p20 mold base (DME or equivalent) and should have a minumum 12" of daylight w/ (4) edge gated cavities machined into base. (2) of the (4) cavities will have a slight variation of the part's inside diameter. We would like this to have a directional (rotational) Sprue so we can then run only (2) of the (4) cavities at once. There should be plenty of venting along the parting line.
After issueing tooling we'd like to review the mold design through a 3D CAD file or drawing before any machining to take place.
