Production of a injection molded ATA. Approximately 4.395" x
1.98" x 1.222". Material is Dupont Rynite FR530 30% GF PET
Black color. Please see drawing for all specifications.
Quote is for Injection mold making and production of parts
from the molds. Please quote the tooling as qty 1 and 3,000
sets of parts from the molds as qty 2. Follow the SOW.doc
attached. Family molds preferred. A mold flow analysis is
required before manufacturing tooling. All molds must be
completed in 8 weeks. The Material for the Molds must be at
least P20 and either H13 or S7 is preferred. A Complete Mold
Flow analysis is required and the results must be approved
before production begins. Family molds to combine should be
as follows:
1.) ATA Top & Bottom 2.) ATA Panel Mount, TOP B, Wire Clamp
& Sleeve 3.) Ball. The ball should be full threaded and use
either a manual unscrew or collapsible core Choice based on
cost.Light texture on some surfaces. EDM production method
preferred but CNC is also acceptable.
