RFQ Notes:
Production of a snowplowboard. Approximately 39" x 36" x
0.25". Please see drawing for all specifications.
Prototype is made from HDPE and handles are cast urethane
but we are looking to make board into 1 (one) piece
instead of tooling handles onto board. We assume an
injection mold makes most sense. The board is intended for
snow removal on sidewalks, driveways, etc. We are looking
for other ideas of material that will be stiff and stable
yet bend slightly and that will not wear quickly with
continous use on concrete, etc. Open to other suggestions
while staying in description and dimensions of awarded
design patent. There are more CAD images available upon
request.
