RFQ Notes:
We need a plastic and medal water proof casings. The first size is close to the BudCU-3242 current product but we need the dimensions to be a little bit bigger. The M&E dimensions in the attached drawing need to be 3.25x3.25 inches. The current depth provided is fine. In the lid we need a hole that is 2.5" (measured diagonally) The other box is the Hammond 1590BB. The dimensions on this box fit perfectly but we are looking to produce these at a faster rate and with the lid already machined out. The top will need a hole that is 4" (measured diagonally) For both boxes we are looking for a polished metal product or a solid black plastic. We need these cases in different colors and even the ability for some crome dipping. The ideal materials would be a plycorbonate material but with a clear lid. That way we wouldn't need to machine out the top of the casing. We would like to make the casing completely waterproof. The third attachment is an example of a current hammond product that uses a clear lid. The dimensions would need to be the same as the current Hammond metal version but we want something with a clear lid. If you have any questions on the specs please feel free to e-mail me or use the phone number provided. We need to make all of these cases water proof.
