RFQ Notes:
device with 4 components--frontal shield, 60/1000s, flaring to 105/1000s at edge; 2 ear pieces 105/1000s; nose piece, 60/1000s. All pieces are single pull designed with ProE. Hinges will need pin holes as they fit together as shown in photos. Screw is inserted from underside. Nose piece will be glued on. Folding seal is a lap joint from top to bottom. Will make of polycarbonate or ABS. Product name in raised lettering on front brow line. Lat er to be surfaced in light gold color. Product worn like pair of sunglasses. Black plastic, with matt finish. Prefer P20 steel, but will consider aluminum tool. May need two molds, one for front shield, the other for ear pieces and nose piece. Have ProE file. Let me know if you would utilize CNC milling machine. May opt to run parts as well if quality and pricing are right.
