We feel that we fill a void between the prototype customer and the expensive injection molding industry. Many times a company needs a prototype and a small to medium amount of parts without spending a large amount of money on expensive injection molds. Henry’s sons, Larry and Lon Sippy, became toolmakers and Sipco rapidly evolved to being a total solutions provider for advanced applications of CNC machining technologies and the design, build and processing of plastic injection molds. The company embraced Solids Modeling CAD design software in 1996 and remains at the forefront of mold design for precision plastic parts. Today, Sipco not only uses Solids Modling for design, but also produces CNC tool paths directly from the Solid Model, providing customers with true integration, and reducing art to production time by fifty percent.

As of 10/06, Sipco merged with Excalibur Machine, a company that provides OEM manufacturing, machining, and heavy steel manufacturing for major manufacturing companies. Excalibur is HUBZone certified, and adds to our capabilities and capacities with its large mills and pallet changers, lathes with automatic part changers, plasma cutters, and robotic and manual welding equipment. • When I started this business in 1987, it was just one employee and myself working out of the back of two Iveco cube vans.
• We now have over 2-1/2 acres of property in Hatfield , Pennsylvania and are in the planning stages of more than doubling our shop space.
• We also are planning to add more equipment and more employees, to better serve you.
