Qsine specializes in the design and manufacturing of custom machinery. We use 3D CAD to design fabricated and machined products. With in-house metal working tools like:
Machine Shop:
- Okuma MacTurn 250W 9-Axis Mill/Turn Center
- Okuma 40x20x20 CNC vertical machining center
- 16" & 13" manual engine lathes
- Bridgeport milling machine
The Macturn is a very recent addition. It has a 10" main and 9" sub chucks, 188 tools, in process probing and an automated robotic loader/unloader and a plethora of other productivity options to handle the most demanding jobs. We are using Esprit from DP Technologies to program this complex machine. As strange as it may sound, this is the first and only turning machine in our shop. Hence, it is difficult to for us to justify running pure turned parts in our shop.
